About Our Practice
Restoring healthfrom the inside out
Meet Jordan Montoya, MSN, FNP-C — founder of Redeem Integrative Health.
Why We Exist
An alternative tothe 15-minute visit
Modern healthcare excels at acute crisis care and trauma management, but it frequently struggles to address chronic fatigue, metabolic dysfunction, hormonal decline and multi-system imbalances.
Redeem Integrative Health was founded to provide an alternative to the symptom-focused model of conventional medicine, prioritizing comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, patient education and root-cause solutions.

The Path to Integrative Medicine
A clinician whokept asking why
Jordan Montoya, MSN, FNP-C, has worked in the healthcare industry since 2012. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing and has practiced as a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner since 2018. Throughout her career she watched family members, close friends and everyday patients encounter the same frustrating pattern.
"They were often being put on medication after medication without anyone diving deeper into what was truly happening inside their bodies. Providers would draw basic blood work, announce that 'everything looks good,' and write another prescription. Meanwhile, these medications were wreaking havoc on their physical health, causing side effects they never should have suffered. I knew there had to be a better way."
That realization drove Jordan to pursue extensive study in functional and integrative medicine so she could dive deeper into lab tests and root-cause solutions — investigating gut function, metabolic health, hormonal balance, inflammation and cellular signaling rather than simply assigning a diagnosis code.
Redeem Integrative Health exists to give patients a dedicated partner who listens intently, investigates comprehensively and builds customized roadmaps for sustainable, long-term vitality.
