Accessibility

Care thateveryone can reach

Healthcare should be usable by every patient, regardless of ability, device or circumstance. We treat accessibility as an ongoing practice rather than a finished project.

01Our commitment

Redeem Integrative Health is committed to providing a website and telehealth experience that is perceivable, operable, understandable and robust for all patients, including those who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or voice control.

02Standards we work toward

We aim to align with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and with applicable federal and Texas accessibility requirements. Accessibility is considered during design and reviewed as the site changes.

03Measures in place

  • Semantic page structure with meaningful headings and landmarks.
  • Descriptive alternative text for meaningful imagery.
  • Keyboard-operable navigation, menus, accordions and forms with visible focus.
  • Color pairings chosen for readable contrast, with information never conveyed by color alone.
  • Form fields with persistent, programmatically associated labels.
  • Responsive layouts that remain usable when text is enlarged or viewed on small screens.
  • Reduced-motion preferences respected for animated and parallax elements.

04Third-party platforms

Portions of the patient experience — scheduling, records, messaging and the Fullscript dispensary — are operated by third parties whose accessibility we do not directly control. If you encounter a barrier on one of those platforms, tell us and our team will help you complete the task another way, including by phone or in a scheduled call.

05Accommodations for care

We are glad to accommodate patients who need documents in large print, extra appointment time, a support person present, or assistance completing intake forms. Let our clinical support team know before your visit so we can prepare.

06Reporting a barrier

If any page, document or feature is difficult to use, please contact us through the contact page with the page address and a short description of the problem. We review reports promptly, respond within a reasonable timeframe and prioritize fixes that block access to care.

07Continuous improvement

Accessibility is reviewed as we add pages and features, and this statement is updated as our practices evolve. We welcome suggestions that make the experience better for everyone.
