Women's Health & Hormone Optimization

Bioidentical hormone therapy& endocrine support

Female endocrine physiology is complex and dynamic. Subtle shifts in estrogen, progesterone, thyroid hormones and cortisol significantly impact energy, body composition, sleep and quality of life.

The Familiar Pattern

Told your panelslook normal

Women experiencing mid-day exhaustion, unexplained weight changes, night sweats, brain fog, anxiety and sleep disturbances are often told their routine blood panels are "normal," or are offered prescriptions that temporarily mask symptoms.

Jordan provides comprehensive diagnostic testing and personalized, root-cause medical care to help women restore hormonal balance and long-term vitality — identifying the underlying drivers of hormone dysfunction rather than masking symptoms with synthetic pharmaceuticals.

Symptoms of Hormonal Imbalance

Transitions beginyears before menopause

Hormonal transitions often begin well before menopause, during perimenopause. Common symptoms include:

  • Persistent physical fatigue despite adequate rest
  • Weight loss resistance, particularly around the midsection
  • Hot flashes, night sweats and interrupted sleep patterns
  • Brain fog, difficulty concentrating and short-term memory lapses
  • Mood fluctuations, irritability or uncharacteristic anxiety
  • Decreased libido and discomfort during intimacy
  • Thinning hair, dry skin and brittle nails
  • Joint stiffness and prolonged morning soreness

Our Delivery Methods

Adjustable, physiologic,never pellets

Jordan utilizes custom-compounded topical creams, transdermal gels and oral micronized progesterone. These delivery methods allow her to adjust dosing based on your clinical response and follow-up lab markers, mimicking natural biological rhythms.

A Deliberate Choice

Why we do notoffer hormone pellets

Many wellness practices offer subcutaneous pellet implants. While convenient, pellet therapy carries distinct clinical disadvantages. We prioritize safety, physiological dosing and continuous clinical control.

Once inserted subcutaneously, a pellet cannot be removed or adjusted if the patient experiences adverse effects or hormone excess.
Pellets frequently cause unphysiologically high hormone levels during the first several weeks, followed by sharp drop-offs before the next insertion cycle.
High hormone spikes can cause androgenic side effects including acne, unwanted facial hair growth, fluid retention or mood swings.

Comprehensive Thyroid Evaluation

Beyonda single TSH

The thyroid gland controls cellular metabolic rate throughout the body. Standard visits frequently assess only TSH — and when TSH falls within a wide reference range, deeper thyroid conversions are missed. When clinically indicated, Jordan formulates individualized thyroid replacement protocols, including combination T3/T4 preparations.

TSH

Pituitary-to-thyroid signaling.

Free T4

Circulating inactive thyroid hormone.

Reverse T3

Assesses whether systemic stress, illness or inflammation is blocking the conversion of T4 into active T3 at the cellular level.
